Intro to IBSP & Reeds Road - Transportation and Hospitality
Take a casual hike down the Reeds Road trail and discover the enchanting history surrounding the park and how IBSP was almost a fully developed resort community. Explore deeper into the maritime forest and you will hear fascinating stories about the former Reed Hotel, built in 1876, that once ruled the area.
Where to meet:
Parking lot for Reeds Road Trail, approximately 1/2 miles south of the park entrance.
What to bring:
Bring sunscreen, bug spray, water and snack.

Hikes will run rain or shine. There will be NO REFUNDS unless the Park cancels the event. No exceptions.
