Park Naturalist
Kelly has been the Park Naturalist at IBSP since joining the NJ State Park Service in 2014. She currently runs the IBSP Nature Center and is the coordinator of all interpretive programs, outreach programs and volunteer events. Before IBSP, she worked as a private consultant for several different firms, where she was a project manager conducting wetland delineations, wetland mitigations, threatened and endangered species surveys, preparing NJDEP CAFRA permits, and overseeing soil and groundwater remediation projects.
Kelly received her B.S. in Environmental Science from East Stroudsburg University and M.S. in Biology from Georgian Court University. She lives in Brick with her husband and 3 children and enjoys everything outdoors, sports, and spending time with family!
