July 1st (the 182nd Day of the Year) is officially “Second Second Half of the Year” Day! Join IBSP Naturalists on the beach and celebrate the second half of 2024 - a chance to step back, evaluate your year so far with your goals and objectives and to take action to make the rest of 2024 count! Activities will include a fire, smores, crafts, games, intention setting and more. Bring a beach chair or blanket, water, and bug spray.
Also, Clean Beaches Week is celebrated annually from July 1-7. This weeklong celebration honors our beaches and highlights the importance of keeping them clean. Beach cleanup material will be available and guests are encouraged to get involved!
