Welcome!
Our Mission is to promote the protection of natural resources at Island Beach State Park through interpretation, education and outreach. To help achieve our mission, we have created a unique partnership with Conserve Wildlife Foundation of New Jersey and Friends of Island Beach State Park to offer visitors the chance to get up close and personal with the different unique ecosystems in the park.
Here you will find information about the park, our interpretive programs, and how to get involved in protecting New Jersey’s largest undeveloped barrier island.

Our nature center is located 7 miles south of the park entrance on the oceanside.
